Portfolio Fundraising is operated by Base10 Partners for its own use and for the use of founders at Base10 portfolio companies. It is provided free of charge and by invitation only. There is no public sign-up.

Use it for the purpose it exists for: tracking a fundraise that Base10 is supporting. Do not attempt to access another company’s data, and do not share your access with anyone who was not invited.

The information in the app is working material, assembled partly by automated means from calendar events and messages. It may be incomplete or wrong, and it is not investment advice or a commitment by Base10 or by any investor named in it.

Base10 may change or withdraw access at any time. You may stop using the app at any time, disconnect any connected account from within it, and ask for your data to be deleted by writing to jason@base10.vc.

The app is provided as-is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Base10 is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
